UserActivity.ai is a behavioral intelligence tool. Our documentation, API descriptions, and marketing claims directly affect how developers and AI agents build on our platform. We take accuracy seriously.
Our Standards
- Accuracy — API documentation, event schemas, and behavioral descriptions match the actual implementation. If behavior changes, documentation is updated in the same release.
- Transparency — We disclose exactly what the tracker collects, how data is stored, and what our API returns. Privacy controls (Do Not Track, programmatic disable) are documented and honored.
- Corrections — When we discover errors in our documentation or data descriptions, we correct them promptly. Our GitHub repository provides a complete revision history.
- Honest marketing — We describe what the product does today, clearly marking features that are planned but not yet implemented. The Development Preview designation is prominently displayed.
- Accountability — The operator is clearly identified. Questions about our practices have a clear path to a real person.
